About Alaji
The word Alaji has many different meanings as it is found in many languages, Turkic, Arabic, Sanskrit, but it is the Mongols who generalized the word some 800 years ago as distilled alcohol or the apparatus to make it.
“the dew that is obtained during the vaporization of good alcohol is called alaji” [1]
Very fitting indeed for this Alaji which aims to bring you interesting and eclectic content distilled into practical and easy to digest articles, recipes and other odds and ends.
